I value this farm's commitment to regenerative agriculture which shines forth in all of the products they offer. I recently tried a bag of their freshly stone-milled flour and it produced the most delicious, yet filling, dinner rolls. I was surprised at how finely the grain was milled because I had no complaints from the kids that I had been baking with whole wheat flour. This is a truly excellent product from a wonderful family farm!
