Sourdough Starter Care
So you purchased a sourdough starter from us, now what?
First, you’ll need to learn how to feed and maintain your starter:

Reheating Instructions
Frozen, Slow Prep Method—
Remove the loaf from the freezer and allow to defrost at room temp (do not remove from bag).
Once defrosted, remove from the bag and lightly spritz with water.
Set oven to 350°F, and heat on parchement paper for 5-15 mins.
Remove from the oven and enjoy!
Frozen, Quick Prep Method—
Remove the loaf from freezer and bag, lightly spritz with water, and wrap in parchment paper (leaving the ends open).
Set oven to 350°F, and heat for 20-30 mins.
Once an internal temp of 170°F is reached, remove from the oven and enjoy!
