We source our tallow exclusively from pure beef suet, that is rendered and purified in several small batches right here on our farm. All of our tallow is from pasture-raised cattle, sourced from from local, family-owned farms and processors in Indiana.
For best shelf life, keep sealed in a cool, dark place. While shelf-stable and does not require refrigeration, cold storage can extend shelf life well past the 1-year standard.
